Whether you're interested in a free consultation or second opinion, or regular cleanings and x-rays, we have openings available Monday through Thursday and one Friday per month. If you have never visited our practice, please download the new patient forms to speed up the check-in process when you come for your appointment.   1. Schedule An Appointment
    To set up a time to come see Dr. Annese, fill out the appointment form or give us a call. We are happy to find a date that works well for you to come in for service or a free consultation.
  2. Fill Out Forms
    Once you have an appointment, we give you the option to download our new patient forms and fill them out. This will save you time during your first visit so you can relax while waiting for the dentist.
  3. Visit Our Office
    When you come in for your appointment, check in with the front desk, and then relax in our waiting room. Our team will call you when they are ready for you.

Financing your treatment

Insurance and Payment Options

Nashoba Valley Dental accepts all insurances. If you have any of the providers listed below, your plan is considered in-network. Out-of-network providers are still accepted, and we will bill your insurer after any treatment.

Our support staff will make sure you understand what you have to pay and what is covered no matter what type of insurance you carry. For those without insurance or using a payment plan, we accept CareCredit and Flex Chex, and also offer a financing option through our practice. We are in-network with:

what should i bring to my first appointment?

Before coming in to the office for your first appointment, please print and fill out the new patient forms. These cover your basic medical and dental history, insurance information, and privacy notices. If you don’t have a printer or didn’t get the chance to fill out the forms before your appointment, please arrive 15 to 20 minutes early to allow enough time to complete this paperwork. Along with the new patient forms, please bring your insurance card and ID to your initial visit.

what will happen during my first visit?

Whether coming in for a basic cleaning or to discuss particular dental work, we will first take the time to find out about your history and your goals, and then work closely with you to find the best course of treatment. Our dental professionals will do an oral exam and take x-rays, if necessary, to determine the options that are available for you. We will always suggest the ideal treatment plan, but will only move forward once you understand what that entails and are comfortable with it. By keeping up with the latest technological advancements in dentistry, we can offer a wide range of solutions to fit every budget. Please plan on being at our office for an hour to an hour and a half for your first appointment.

do you offer pediatric dental care?

Yes, we offer dental services for all generations of patients. Our staff is friendly and welcoming, making a potentially scary visit to the dentist relaxed and comfortable for any age. When treating younger patients, we offer dental sealants to protect their adult teeth from the very beginning, and use nitrous sedation when performing dental work, as it is a safe option for keeping children calm.

how much will my treatment cost?

Depending on the type of work you are having done, the cost can vary. If you are coming in for a consultation or second opinion on a specific dental procedure, it is free to have a discussion with our dentist. Preventive care exams and cleanings are often covered by dental insurance, but if you don’t have any, we offer a membership plan that covers those services for a low monthly fee. For those getting additional dental procedures, such as cosmetic work, implants, crowns, fillings, extractions, or orthodontic dentistry, we will work with your insurance company to limit what you have to pay out of pocket. Patients with in-network providers will pay an agreed-upon rate, which usually brings a lower cost. Nashoba Valley also accepts several payment plans and offers our own financing option within our practice.

what if i need a treatment not listed on your site?

If you are interested in a specific procedure or were told by another dental professional that you need a treatment option we don’t list in our services, visit us for a free consultation. In unique cases, we may be able to provide special care. Our goal is to find the best treatment plan for you, and our knowledge of the latest technology in the dental field may uncover an option you had not been introduced to at another practice. Come see us for a second opinion and we’ll make sure you understand all the possibilities available to you and what would be the best treatment for your dental goals. If we cannot perform the procedures you require in our office, as with fully sedated surgical procedures, we will refer you to someone who can.
